Beautopia Skin Studio Policies

Sanitization

At Beautopia Skin Studio we are committed to the high-quality sanitation standards and the health and safety of our guests and staff. All tools, beds, equipment and high-traffic areas are sanitized after each appointment. Staff wears face mask coverings during high contact services such as facials. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the space for your convenience.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and gift certificate holders. Full payment is due at time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Prices & Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Refunds

Unfortunately, skin care products, “Beautopia Skin Studio” services and gift cards/certificates are non-refundable.

 Personal Belongings

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Beautopia Skin Studio is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Quiet Environment

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Also, please, silence your cell phones to ensure minimal distractions during your services upon checking in.

Children & Guests

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, seating at Beautopia Skin Studio is reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment areas or the waiting area at this time.

Age Requirement

All guests must be 12 years of age or older, minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. All guests under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand things may come up which can conflict with your appointment, however, we must ask that you provide us no less than 24-hour notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. If notification is not made within a 24 hour time period, we will charge 30% to the CC on file. All NO SHOW appointments will be charged 60% of the service you were scheduled for.

Late Arrivals

We allow a grace period of 10 minutes from the time of your appointment. If you miss this window, you may be required to reschedule or the appointment will be shortened. Cancellation fees may apply.

Please note:

  1. Individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, microneedling, microblading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed.
  2. Individuals prescribed Accutane (Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait 6-12 months after completion of the prescription before any corrective treatment can be performed i.e. microneedling, chemical peels, lasers and injectables.
